IBF female flyweight world champon Gabriela Fundora has a new co-promoter.
Via press release, it was announced Golden Boy Promotions will co-promote her along with her long-time promoter Sampson Boxing.
Fundora returns on Saturday, January 27th to defend her world title. She will face undefeated veteran Christina Cruz. The bout will be featured on the DAZN telecast headlined by Jaime Munguia versus John Ryder.
“I am ready and prepared for my first title defense and I feel like nothing can stop me from winning,” said Gabriela Fundora. “Christina Cruz is a good fighter, but I am building my legacy as a champion and no one can stop me.”

She also happens to be the sister of junior middleweight contender, Sebastian Fundora.
